Cork009 2024 TERMS OF AGREEMENT[Updated June 10th, 2024]
COMMISSIONS YES/NO…What I WILL Draw:-Ferals-Anthros-Humanoids-Mecha-Most Body Types (Willing to try any in a sketch for further experience and practice.)-SFW-NSFW (Must have proof of age)-Gore-SwearingWhat I Will NOT Draw:-Stolen characters/Copied Designs-NSFW that involves any underage characters or pedophilic implications-NSFW of feral animals or of feral genitalia-Hateful messages including slurs, hate speech, derogatory implications, or discriminatory implications-Political implications

I will not….-Trace other’s artworks-Edit other’s artworks-Copy other’s styles-Create designs based on other’s characters

PAYMENT…-Payment is not required until sketch/es are approved by commissioner-Payment methods include PayPal, Cashapp and Venmo.-If none of these methods are available, feel free to reach out and discuss accommodations

REFUNDS…-Refunds are not available unless in dire circumstance, especially once lining has begun. To avoid issues with refunding, I use the sketch approval method before requiring payment.

WIPS…-A WIP will be sent at each stage of the drawing-WIPs for customs may be sent more often for approval

CHANGES TO PIECE…-Changes to sketch are always welcome and actually help me quite a lot-Lines and Colors can be changed, but only at times of update. If I am asked to change a line after the piece is colored and rendered, it will cost extra.

TURN AROUND TIME…-TAT varies greatly, as I am a full-time college student with several responsibilities. This availability will fluctuate depending on the time of year. If you are concerned about turnaround time, do not hesitate to discuss it while ordering. This would be the best time to let me know if you have specific time limits.-I welcome check-ins! I also have a Trello for live updates as I work along my queue.-Please do not mass spam me for updates.

FASTER TAT?…-If for some reason you need a quicker turnaround time, please contact me and we can discuss further details on how to push you up the queue. This may require additional payment depending on how far along in the queue your pieces are or how much work is to be completed. I do not like to bypass earlier commissioners under most circumstances but as long as you are willing to discuss, I’m open to making changes. I understand there may be reasons for these types of requests as well!

HOW CAN MY ART BE USED?You MAY:-Post or share with proper credit-Use as profile picture with proper credit-Print for personal use only-Put on items for personal use onlyYou May NOT:-Post without credit-Use as profile picture without credit-Trace artwork-Edit artwork-Copy artwork-Claim artwork as your own-Profit off of artwork-Feed artwork to AI, including in training AI or uploading to AI sites.
